The contestants seem to forget that they should all be heading in the same direction.   Rob once again causes disgrace.   Training begins in earnest for the next event.

It seems that not everyone is training quite so hard.   The sack race final gets underway.   Although Jon later gets disqualified when holes are found in his sack.

The competition stops briefly while everyone searches for a dropped contact lens.   The wheelbarrow race, what more do you need to know?   Rob takes an Olympic style dive for the line; and escapes with only minor injuries!
